When I was in school all we ever did (for the abdominals) were crunches and sit-ups , nothing for the obliques. Now that Ive started weight training for mass & stregth Ive noticed that the sides of my waist look "sunk in" due to the lack of oblique muscle mass compared to my abdominals and was wondering if anyone knows any exercises that will help me bulk up my obliques fast.

From the main menu, go to ft Exercise Resources, then Muscle Targeting, then Abs and Obliques. You'll find a list of exercises there.
Good luck!

If you have access to a gym,I would be surprised if they didn't have an upper torso rotation machine in there. This is very effective, along with cable crunches with weight alternating side to side. There are many more, but these are two that work very well for me together. I have a hard time with stuff like twisting Roman Chair and things, and hanging twists. Hope this helps. Good luck.
