I wanted to kno if theres a such diet for energy so i can workout and run more and if so can someone gime me examples please.

Not sure what you mean exactly...but eat about 0.3-0.5g of complex carbs per lb of bodyweght 30 min before a lifting/cardio along with 30-40g of protein....
caffeine has been shown to improve endurance...so you can try taking 200mg of caffeine pill 30 min before workout....
