okay... I am trying to loose weight before school starts back up on aug. 26th but i have been trying since the start of summer and i just can't do it so i decided to do this...
stats
weight-129
height-5'1
i would like to loose 20-30 pounds...is it possible? if it is or even if it isn't can someone please help and give me some tips...you can even e-mail me at kakizzle15@msn.com

Like many have told me it is best to lose 2-3 pounds a week. any more and you could be hurting yourself.
So no, it will not be possible to loss all 30 pounds, but you could get to 16 to 24 pounds.
What are you doing to get to your goals?

I wish you the best of luck, however Lori is right on the money with this one. My only advice to you is to weight train because muscle burns calories 24/7, do cardio in 30 min sessions 3-5 times a week. oh yeah and one more thing. STOP LOOKING AT THE SCALE :) it's all about how you look, and your measurements unless you are trying to make a weight class for a sport.
