Hi
I am 15 years of age and i have been weight lifting for quite a few months now. Im 5'8 and about 140 lbs. My max on a flat bench press is around 165 pounds. My problem is that for the past 2 months or so i have not seen any results at all, and i have not improved on strength either ( on all the exercises i do). Im aiming for a cut and defined body and i believe that i have hit a plateau already. I have also just enrolled in the Weight loss and Definition training program which will start on monday july 8 and i would appreciate replies from people who have enrolled in the program with feedback on its effectivity and total results from the 8 weeks of training. Im also open to tips and advice from Ft staff/Moderators.
Thank you

You could look into the 12-week mass program to help overcome your plateau. Also, check out the powerlifting forum. There are some discussions in there about routines that help overcome plateaus.

Good luck!

That all depends on your goals. It sounds like you want to gain mass and get well-defined. Unfortunately, unless you are genetically gifted, you won't be able to do both. If you aim to gain mass, then gain mass now and get defined afterwards. If you aim to get defined now, then the program you're on should suit you well. However, you won't overcome your plateau.
