Well I'm a 16 year old male and I want to lose the fat around my belly and hips but I don't want to lose too much weight because I'm only 135 lb's. I'm 5"9 and I've been doing regular strength training but I haven't really seen any changes over the past few weeks. Working out is easy but I find it hard to eat right . What should I do ?
PS: I would really appreciate it if one of you could give me your diet nutrition plans
