I am 5'11 206lb male. I am 21 years old. I want to get to between 10-15% body fat, right now I am 23%. I need to lose 15-20 more pounds. Is this diet sufficient enough for my goals?

Meal 1:
2 cups of Raisin Bran
1 cup of skim milk

Meal2:
4 peanut butter wheat crackers
apple

Meal 3:
a small can of tuna mixed with
light Miracle Whip and mustard
on wheat bread
or
medium sized salad with fat free dressing

Meal 4:
apple and
1 cup of popcorn

Post Workout Shake
40 grams of GNC 100% Whey Protein
water and scoop of Soy Protein (25 grams) Slim fast

Meal 5:
Chicken Breast or
small can of tuna sandwich
small salad with fat free dressing
rice

Before Bed:
40 grams of GNC PM protein (24 grams whey, 16 Casein, and 2 grams glutamine)

I would like a little more muscle mass, but want to focus on muscle defintion. Which I know come with fat loss. I already have lost almost 60lbs. But have come to a rut so I would greatly appreciate some help please. Thanks guys!

I would drop the popcorn, salad dressing and miracle whip these are empty calories. I would also drop the slim fast i don't know what anyone else on here thinks of slim fast but i don't think it's too good for you a waste of money if you ask me only good thing about it is it's protein content, way too much surgar

Well on average I get about 220 grams of carbs, 200 grams of protein, and about 30 grams of fat according to the Nutritional Analyzer on this site. I put on my goals that I want to lose weight and it says I need to get about 3300 calories a day. This seems extremely high to lose weight. Could there be a mistake?

Thanks for the advice, Justin. I always thought that these were good things because they were low in fat.

3300 calories isn't much if your eatting good, wholesome foods. You might want a bit less then that for losing, but not to much less.

You will want to have protien in each meal. For your breakfast ditch the raisin bran, thats packed with sugar. Makes yourself eggs and rolled oats instead.

Cottage cheese and hard boiled eggs are easy high protien snacks you can throw into your meals. I am not sure what the peanut butter crackers are, but they kind of sound like a cookie style snack. Maybe you should drop those too.

Check out the "body builders grocery list" sticky in this forum for more food ideas.

If you lost all that weight already then you were doing good on your diet. The thing is once you hit a wall you need to change things up. Something in your diet/training is holding you back from losing more wieght.

The last little bit is always the toughest to lose, but hard work and disicpline will pay off.

Keep up the good work crispy!

Thanks Brad. This is good advice, I thought I was doing well on this diet but I guess not. A year ago I was 255 pounds. I guess now that I am at a healthier weight it is going to be harder to lose the last little bit, and a I am going to have to become more strict. Thanks again!
