I am 6'4" and when I started my first 8 week routine I weighed roughly 180lbs. I have always been a hard gainer! I am trying to build size as I feel I am way too skinny. I am now in my 8th week of my first routine on this site. I now weigh around 190 lbs, which I am already very excited about my weight, strength, and overall size gains. I am currently doing no cardio because of the many articles and research I have done on skinny hardgainers. In week 1 my body fat% was 15.5%, week 4 it was 13.5%, week 6 16.5%, after week 7 20.0%. I am trying to eat as much as possible around 6 meals a day. I am also drinking about 2 whey protein shakes. One in the morning, and one immediately after lifting. I eat no snack food, no sugars, which I have been doing my entire life, just don't have a sweet tooth. I have read to expect some fat gains, but am I on the right track or should I add cardio?? Please help!!!
