As of right now my chest is so so but I would like to make it more vascular and full. Does anyone have a secret on which lifts I should do.

I like to do dumbbell flys, incline bench, decline bench, in that order. Sometimes I superset with one exercise right after the other, but if you haven 't been working out long this is extremely exhaustive to your muscles. You can also check out the chest muscle group section on this site has great exercises to follow. Also, cable cross overs is one of my favorites. Hope this helps! Peace.

I might be overtraining them. I only work chest once a week and my schedule has been this. Decline DB, Decline flye, incline db, incline flye, bench, and dips. I usually do some pushups on my ab day though. Usually each excercise 4 sets of 12,10,8,12..

On one of your days try doing 4 sets, 12, 6, 5, 4, up the weight on the 6, 5, 4,. If you want your muscles to grow you have to shock them by hitting them from different angles with different exercises and by changing up the weight. Consistent reps are good but change it up at least 1 day a week. Tims right push ups push ups push ups, I do 100 everynight, 5 sets/25. Close grip, wide grip, again change it up. take care.
