Hey everyone. I have recently joined the Navy, and during RTC, I went from 305lbs to 265lbs. Since getting into A school, and my wife and children moving here to be with me, I have gained back about 20 of the 40lbs I had lost. I really want to get back to where I was, as well as continue to shed fat. I know I need to lift, and keep up my runs, thats not problem. My problem is not knowing literally how much I should be eating of the clean foods I have access too. I am on an odd schedule, where we are given 1 hour for "lunch"(which is at 6:30pm) and other than that, there are no breaks, and no food allowed in our classroom. How can I do the best I can with breakfast, lunch and "lunch" as I really cannot fit in any other meals? I appreciate the help.
