I am 30 years old, 6' tall and weigh in at 220lbs. I have a broad build so I dont look overweight as much as out of shape. I know there are a lot of products out there but I was wondering if someone could tell me the best suppliment, or meal replacement to help with weight loss and at the same time help muscle development, I dont need to bulk up, more like tone up... I have been rudely awakened to how weak I have become over the years despite my old football days. Thanks for any help!

Welcome to the site vwillis. I hate to oversimplify but if you read around a bit, the obvious standard answer to muscle development is a good all around exercise routine. The best answer to weight loss is a good clean diet along with a good exercise routine. You'll have to be more specific as your questions are the ones that several thousand books are written to. :)

I know, sorry for the repeat question. My overall goal is to lose the weight. I am only able to get into the gym 3 days a week for about 2 hours at a time. I was hoping to get a suppliment that I could use to help take the guess work out of planning meals and snacks throughout the week and just mix up a shake in the morning and afternoon. Once I lose about 20 pounds I can focus more on toning up. Any suggestions?

Your overall caloric intake will determine whether or not you lose weight. You have to earn it through exercise and keeping track of everything.

It shouldn't be all that important which meal replacement you choose provided your complete diet provides for everything.

I'd choose on taste.
