Hi, I'm 18 and new at working out. I mean, I'm pretty skinny, I just want to bulk up. There is one thing that I'm confused on though. When you go to your daily workout thing, what does it mean when it says weight? I mean, I know what it means for like doing curls and stuff, but what do you do with it for doing push ups and crunches and stuff. Any advice would be a lot of help to me. Thanks
It simply wants to know if you added any weight to the exercise. For example, when doing crunches you can hold some weight on your chest. You would enter that as weight. If you use none, just put zero. If your looking to get a six-pack though, you'll need to use some weight to build those muscles. Your diet is of even more importance when going for a six-pack. Good luck and welcome to FT!
