Hi all, I am trying to loose some weight and become more fit. I work as air hosstes so I am always traveling and its impossible to plan my meals or count calories. I usually eat whatever food is on the airplane and thats not always low calorie or healthy. Also with the jetlag I usualy just call for a room service. Any tips for small healthy snaks that i can carry with my while working?

I like to use Lean beef aminos between meals. Trueprotein.com sells the best ones.

Protien bars might help. Fruit? What are your limitations to get on board?
