Can you take you lunch to school? Or at least a healthy snack to tide you over until you get home from school where you can eat healthy.

I would say for snacks...
Dannon Light and Fit yogurt
Peanut Butter on celery or an apple
String Cheese
Nuts, try not to eat too many but cashews, peanuts, almonds, pistacios.
If you're making sandwiches to bring to school, make sure you buy whole wheat stoneground bread. No white bread. ;)

As you are a Freshman in High School you need to be careful when you look at a scale. You are in or entering your peak growing years, your wieght is going to go up. Some may be fat, which is necessary prior to a growing spurt and some may be muscle. At your age, I would encourage you to try to eat a balanced diet stay active and stay off of the scale. I guarentee the LBM you are at right now is not your endpoint, and you could screw up your growth by dieting. Well, there are my two cents. Good Luck.
