Alright, I'm 21 years old, 5'7" and am about 150 lbs, much heavier than I've ever been in my whole life. I'm a vegeterian so after reading a lot of the posts, I don't see much for what I am looking for. My eating patterns are eratic, I'm stressed out with a heavy college couse load, and work enough to keep me from wanting to get up early enough to go for a run. I just need some help motivating myself to even start a work out program. Please help!

find a workout buddy. Someone who is serious about staying in shape will help motivate you and get you to the gym. Small things work for me as well, such as picking up a fitness magazine, it will give you tips, as well it will remind you of your goals!
