You're on your way.. coming to FreeTrainers is a great first start, stay active on the groups and forum and be honest with your progress - we'll help push you in the right direction. Posting FLog (your personal freetrainers fitness blog) is also a good way to put your thoughts and progress down "on paper".
One of the key things to staying active or exercising is to make it fun.. different. Try different types of activities that you enjoy..
There is a challenge group as well.. joining that will be a good way to set a goal and help others keep you in line. We'll also be setting up official freetrainers challenge groups as well for various goals.
In the end it comes down to how much you want it and getting past the first few weeks..
