Ok I am 5' tall and 176lbs. I have been working out for 2 weeks and have lost 4 lbs. I use my treedy about 30 to 45 mins. a day and I also use my weight bench. I am not sure if I am doing good or not. My anniversery is in June so I want to look good for my hubby! My food intake is good I dont have any problems there. I have five kids and put on the weight that way!:laugh: So if anyone has anything to comment on it will help! Thanks!!!:)

The best piece of advice I can give is don't try to lose too quickly or it'll come right back on. Also, it's pretty common for people new to the lifestyle change to be surprised when they post their diet and find out they aren't eating enough. Take a close look at what you're eating and make sure it's adequate and not too skimpy or your body will just store everything that gets put into it.

THANKS I have been in nutrtion classes and I know that I eat right. The only thing I have a problem with is my exersise routin.:cool:
