Ok so i have recently set my mind to loseing weight, i am a bout 6'1 and 270. I just got to wear i am not eating as much, and not drinking cokes. At the moment i dont have the money to go to gym or get no equipment, but am starting to eat real well and i am doing some exercises at home, i also have a ab lounge my mom came me. I could really use some help and tips of what to do so plzzz help me

I would have to say that you could do some push-ups, chair dips, lungs, sit-ups, running. There are alot of things that you can do without weights. You are wanting to lose weight and the best thing for that is anything to keep you heart rate up.

Good job eating right! Hard for even me to do, but so far today im doing great! As you MIGHT already know 70% of losing weight is what you eat! from WHAT you eat -> to how much of it you eat! my advice... watch a tone of online videos to get workout routines!
