i have no weights ..... yet :)
anyway i need a workout plan im young and skinny and it needs to be adressed soonish
soo if anyone has any food plans/workout plans they can share it will be a great help
also what weights to get ect.... thanks

look atthe top of your screen, follow the link that say 'fitnees plan' or 'exercise program' it will ask your goals and equipment availability - there is an entire at-hom, no equipment workout.
Read the forums for info on eating, no one is just going to sit down and do all the work for you, but we will answer specific, intelligent questions.

haa obviously no i just wanted tips from experienced people not a schedule sorry if that came out wrong :/ thanks for the reply though.

What are you asking for, just general tips? Read around on the boards and you'll find more tips than you can digest.
