:dumbbell:Hello this is my first post here at FT, this is a very well put together and informative site, I have found almost anything I search for, but I was wondering if anyone can help me get on a plan for gaining some muscle mostly in my arms, I have my workouts already for my abs legs and everything else.

I am 5"11 165.

My arms are not that big but everything else is a good size, I have no fat on my body except the lower area of my stomach and I dont care about that right now.

I currently have access to Free Weights, (DUMBELLS) and a (Excersise Band) or w/e thats called, My largest dumbell is only 20 pounders but thats good for me now. I am currently doing my 20 pound weights everyday working my biceps triceps and shoulders, (My Whole Arms), I do it until I physically cant do any more. I would be very happy if one of you could give me a workout plan to do everyday, I am very faithfull so I will promise to do it and nothing less.

My eating diet is very good, I just started eating HIGH PROTEIN meals everyday, Fish,Veggies,Chicken,Tuna,Yogurt, So on... And I take 5 grams of Creatine Monohydrate after I workout every day, I Actually just strted taking my creatine today... So If anyone can please put together a list of workouts for me to do in my home to gain MASS (BULK) I would be forever happy. THANKYOU!!!

Have you checked out the free workouts at the top of the page? There are home workout plans already developed and there's no point in re-inventing the wheel. If you're wanting to put on muscle mass, you're going to need more weight. I like the bands but if yours aren't heavy duty you'll get the same lack of results. What you're doing now isn't a waste of time but it's more of an endurance workout not mass gain.

Mike's right, if you want to put on mass, you need more free weights and even more important, proper diet. If your just starting out your going to gain well. I would not start the creatine until it's warranted. Too soon and you'll never truly see the benefits of it.
