I am loving this site because it helps me to develop a plan for me but at the same time I don't feel that I am getting enough exercises in, in one day. I mean, I want to be challenged. I want to be tired once I am done exercising. I am doing only the exercises that is assigned to me by this site and my warm up and cool down but I just feel like I am missing something because it is not very many exercises in a day. Anyway, if anyone that knows what they are talking about and doing has any suggestions then please feel free to give them to me. I am in desperate need of losing weight and I want to gain muscle. I am female, 210 lbs, and 5ft 7in. I have most of my weight on my hips and stomach due to having 5 children and the last was twins and that was only 4 1/2 months ago. That is just a little about me. By the way, the exercises that they give me to do make the muscles tired because I use the max amount of weight possible to be still be able to complete the intired exercise. I have already read the post in here about the cardio so that is not an option except for my off days and I know that.

hello there. just thought I'd throw something out to you. Had the same problem with needing a challenge. 4 months ago, two of my girlfriends and I started a little something with eachother. We all got body fat measured and every month we each put $20 in a pot. Next week, we all get measured to see who wins the $$$. If you can find someone to do that with, try it. I have also given myself personal goals. It took me over a month to run the mile in 9:00. Now I can run it in 8:43, still working on it.

Try slowing down the excercises that you're doing. There's a positive and negative movement for excercise I.E. when pushing up on the bench press that's positive because it's the hard part. Anyways try doing 10 second reps. 4 seconds positive and 6 seconds negative. You'll recruit more muscle fibers, gain muscle faster, and feel much more worn out when you're done.
