Hi! I am a 20 year old female, 5'4 and 132lbs. In about 2-4 months I need to take the police fitness exam and use-of-force training. I have previously taken a class in that area but I have found it *very* hard to keep up with. I have never really excercised in my life b/c I had asthma and used it as an excuse. Well, that sure came back to haunt me. My best mile-run time was... 13 minutes. I know, that is terrible. I need to run it a lot faster and do obstacle courses.

This is the obstacle course.

I have a gym membership to a decent gym (I would also like to use the pool). If anyone could help me set-up a plan to build up endurance (what I really need), that would be great. My current calorie intake is about 1500-1800/day, if that is of any help.

Thanks.
