to match my personal ideal muscle distribution charts that I have made for my self. At the moment my uper body only has 20% muscles and lower body 80% with the heart counted as an extra 10% in the upper body but my goal is to have 40% upper body muscle mass to 60% lower body muscle mass as to how i want my muscle mass distribution ratio to be with the heart remaining at 10% extra to have 110% full muscle mass distribution
