#1 it's a strength forum
#2 fill out your profile
#3 describe your current resistance training, diet, etc?
You want us to tell you how 'to look' bigger? I suggest becoming a comedian instead because that's pretty funny. Just wear 5 layers and walk with your chest out as much as possible and shoulders back. Also use a really wide stance as you walk. Pretend you're a sumo wrestler.....LOL

I love the metrosexual cover models that weigh in at about 125, but think they "look" big becuase because their hip bones show through and they have a couple pounds on their shoulders. Always great for a laugh.
-------------- Iron and chalk.
Pain is only temporary, it is in your mind. If you can still walk, then you can still run.

not at all, I just found the post quite funny....
we should make a sticky at the top about the posting rules/suggestions....at other sites there are stickies about the rules and past discussions....people who don't read them get flamed, have their posts closed, or banned....
But really how seriously can u take a post that asks if all else fails how he can 'look' bigger.....i mean wtf is that....
This post is about powerlifting, sports, strength related discussions, speed, etc....as well as other factors like flexibility/stretching, diet, etc used to improve those aspects....it's not a forum on learning how to 20 inch arms or 60 inch chest....or asking whether curling 20x10x10 is a good routine....or how to train to look good naked...etc....
But yea, the very first sticky in this forum should be a rules thread on topics to be posted or not posted.....

Hey I also want to look bigger. I'm thinking about getting one of thoss mirrors with a 1.5:1 aspect ratio. Whenever I feel puny in the gym I'll just stand in front of it. Maybe I can get a pocket size one too. I also wanted a six pack. But, you see there is a convenience store near my house....
I laughed at that one too.
I also think rules and relevant topics would be a good sticky for each forum.

I KNOW,BUT SOMETIMES ITS EASIER AND MORE HELPFUL TO POINT THEM IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION,OR JUST IGNORE THE POST.IT SEEMS LIKE A HIGH SCHOOL LOCKER ROOM MENTALITY TO CRACK ON A GUY FOR POSTING IN THE WRONG SPOT BECAUSE OTHER GUYS START POSTING CRACKS AND THE GUY MIGHT FEEL INTIMIDATED WHEN ALL HE WANTED WAS SOME ADVICE.:)

you must be very pumped....all caps=screaming......lol
anywayz....i get your point...but sometimes if the question is really out there...you can't help but crack a few jokes....we weren't trying to be mean spirited but it was just too perfect....

Really menace, ya big meanie!
Actually, I agree with you 100%. Post in the right form or suffer the consequences. Even though this is a friendly community, there are specific forums. Sometimes ya just get tired of saying post it over here, ignoring it, or overlooking the forum rules and answering it, which if you read points 2 and 3 of menace's 1st post, you'll see he was going to do. How hard is it to know to post this thread in the "beinners to weightlifting" forum.
Anyway, posting in all CAPS just looks so high school, know what I mean. Don't take it so personally.
