For 3 years i have been saying "I want to lose weight, I'm really going to do it this time." and guess what...i never lose more than 10 pounds and i gain it right back within a couple weeks. I am so sick of being disapointed with the way i look. sure there are days when my hair lays right or some outfit i have on looks pretty good...but im sick of having to compensate. i want to be pleased with how i look no matter how few layers i have on. basicly i want to look good naked. lol. My husband loves me for me as i am, but i want to love me too... and i dont right now. I hope to find some people here like me so we can keep each other going. I REALLY NEED TO DO THIS! I want to take care of myself so i am here for my family in the future.

Thanks! My short term goals are simply to do a cardio workout for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week. i simply have to force myself to do 5 days vs 3 days because i know myself and i will wake up each morning and say "i only have to do three days a week...i can skip today and do it tomorrow." then before i know it another week passes without any action on my part. My long term wt loss goal is to go from 153 to 125. i am a small build with just a lot of extra padding...i know i could get even lower than 125 eventually but i want to set a reachable goal. i would like to be at 125 by the end of february...do you think that is possible? I have set up my profile and will be starting my first week of my personalized program on monday. the rest of this week i am going to do 30 minutes of cardio but no weights, starting monday i will add weights. any suggestions? My husband is really fit but he is in the Army and has PT every morning so we cannot work out together.
