In my experience no supplements are "cheap", and if they are cheap more than likely they dont work. Bb1fit did a log on X Factor and it sounded really good, not sure how much it costs but you could check it out.

most supplements are expensive because you are paying for their advertising. those 4-6 page ads in mens fittness magazine by muscletech are not cheap I can tell you that. So to say that a cheap supplement does not work is not an accurate statement at all. take glutamine for example it's pretty expensive supplememnt for what little you get. Your paying for the actual glutamine which is a little expesinve to manufacture then your paying for the packaging. I buy my glutamine from trueprotien.com, it comes in a plastic bag and for 1lb. it's a little over $16 bucks tand that'll last me months. They also sell other supp. at a nice discount because you are not paing for packaging and advertising. You can also take cell tech it's what like $40+ for creatine and some surgar? You can buy a 102 servings of creatine monhydrate for $10, and get the same results. Just some food for thought

Well the creatine I'm on cost, $12.00 for 150 cap. (7 cap. = 1 serving) It's at Wal-mart. I'm going to check out GNC to see their prices.

what exactly is 1 serving? Does each capsule have .5g of creatine? Buying the powder would probably be easier and cheaper. 1 teaspoon is is 5g. of creatine. and a tub usuaually has around a 100 servings depending on size.

I wouldn't go to GNC, they overprice a lot of their products. I use phosphagen HP for creatine, it lasts 40 days and is $26.99 at Vitamin Shoppe and is $45.99 at GNC (same thing). Justin is right when saying not all cheap supplements don't work, sorry for saying that. My point was you can't go looking for great things and for them to be extremely cheap. Phosphagen HP is a really good form of creatine though and doesn't cost much. Some expensive products don't work either though, for example, my brother (19) and I (16) tried Secretagogue 1 (costed $75.00 for 30 days), I'm convinced it's only sugar lol. That's the thing about supplements though, there are no gaurantees, you wont know how it works until you take it. Anyways, I'll stop yabbing on lol. Take care.

I used to buy my supplements at bodybuilding.com for a long time and always thought they had reasonable prices. It's at least cheaper than going to a store. However, now I will only buy supplements from vitaglo.com or dpsnutrition.net. After shopping at these two online stores I feel like I was getting ripped off by bodybuilding.com. Vitaglo.com also has fee shipping on orders of $50 or more which saves a lot of money depending on the size of your order.
