need to gain weight!

Im a 17 year old female and I only weigh about 101 pounds I really dont like the way I look because I have no curves and I know Im too skinny, I was just wondering if anyone has advice on how to gain weight! fast! thanks alot!:)

I am a 30 year old female with the same problem. I have managed to put on 3 lbs in the past week and a half with my daily protien smoothies. I use 2 cups of raspberries, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 cup cut up bananas, 4 scoops of orange sherbet and my protien powder. the whole thing has just under 2000 calories and makes about 32 oz. I take it to work with me and drink a cup of it about once an hour until I have gone through the whole thing, then I also eat a healthy breakfast lunch and dinner. I also work out with the excersise plan from this web site that can be done at home with no weights, I do this 3 times a week. It has finally made a difference. If you read my profile and my post in the newbie section you will see that I have been fighting this for a long time. It's such a wonderful feeling to finally find something that makes a difference. I hope this helps and feel free to send me an e-mail for support if you need it. There aren't many people on the site that understand those like you and I so it can be tough to find help sometimes.
