need to gain weight

I'm 105Lbs at 5'7 also 22 years old and want to be at 135lbs... I have a really hard time gaining weight i was 135lbs back in October 2008 but to get 30lbs i ate like a box of nutri-grain bars a week + a ton of food n that took 1 year n a half also i just sat at a computer and didn't work out. then i lost 30 lbs within 2 weeks cause i got bored n started jogging but i still ate the same way...

I started eating less n doing a little of exercises here n there to try to get my metabolism to slow down. now i want to gain some weight back to 135 or so 125 but i want it to be muscle mass not fat. Anyone have any ideas?
