Sorry about the arogancy on the title line but here is my dilemma. I have lost an extreme amount of weight over the last year and I am ready to build back the muscle mass. At this point I have very little visiable body fat but very little muscle mass as well. I would like some suggestions on diet and frequency of workouts. One specific question is abs, and how often to work this area.

jd, welcome to FT. Pick one of the FT workouts that suits your goals. Add on the special abs program. This is how most of us started. The workouts will be spelled out in good detail.
