Ok today I started taking creatine to assist in my work outs.
1.Should I load for 5 or 7 days? I took 10g today.
2.Is that enough to load?
3.Is this stuff ok to be taking/loading on my days off?
4.6weeks on 2 weeks off for my cycle. Correct?
5.Best taken before workouts?
