I have to loose like 30-40 lbs and having a rough time sticking to something that works. Plus quitting smoking is tough to. This is first day for no smokes and working out not to sure what for basically a beginner to do sould use alot of support doing all of this for myself and my kids. Any help would be greatful.
It's always tough to begin a big change in your life. It's even harder in your case with you trying to quit both at the same time. It helps me to have old pictures of myself close by so I'll know what I don't want to go back to. I've never been a smoker so I don't really have much advice on that one. Just stick with it.
