Hello all...I'm new here. I'm currently 26. When I was 21 and 22 I was absolutely in shape, six pack and all...then I lost it. I started working out again and am getting my muscle back. I started taking Hydroxicut also. I just cannot seem to get rid of my belly. It's not huge at all but no ab lines showing. I also take Muscle Tech creatine after my workout. Any ideas? I work out 4-5 days per week for about 1 and 1/2 hourse each day

This isn't meant as a smart a$$ answer but it's one of the most asked. It's first on last off and it'll appear shaped up when the overall body fat gets down, assuming you tone the rest of the body also.

If you are working out hard, and it sounds quite like you may be even overtraining, then the only thing that could be holding you back is your diet. The 2 work in unison, one will not do much without the other. Just working out without proper diet is kind of like driving to work and not getting paid. The workout is only the vehicle to get you there! Best of luck.
