Hi everyone! I'm having trouble staying motivated to lose the 30 lbs. I put on when I was pregnant, and I becoming depressed about it. I know what I have to do - it's just finding the time to exercise and the will power to eat right. If anyone has any suggestion on how to stay motivated PLEASE let me know. THANKS!!
Seems to be a recurring theme/thread! Sometimes, it takes a partner to stay motivated. If you don't have anyone, keep checking this site for inspiration as there are many others who are in the same boat as you...

Joining a gym, can help and then concentrating on getting your money's worth out of it. Another thing is trying different sports out, and trying to compete against yourself in them. You will then forget that you did cardio for an hour straight. Avoid looking at the clock while you are doing cardio as well. good luck, and welcome to ft.
30lbs really isn't as bad as you think. 10 weeks of good cardio, and good diet and you will pretty much be there.
