Hey im 21 from England and want to lose some weight around 20 pounds and also tone up. Specifically legs and abs.
I must say that 2 years ago i was very underweight due to mal-nutrition through stress.
As i have put back on the weight my metabolism has been rocked and i easily put weight on, so now i weigh more than my ideal weight.
So anyone got any tips?
