So, I'm at the end of my 2 month creatine stint. This is where I stop taking it for 2 months and then restart it, right? Only, I'm in uni and creatine is too expensive! We import it as we don't have local creatine. :( I haven't seen much difference with creatine either.
I just want to know if I can stop creatine for now. What can best replace it? Egg, chicken?

Thanks!

You can stop creatine any time you want. It is but a supplement to a good diet.

As far as your not seeing much difference, I would ask difference from what? I see by your profile that you just started, I assume you started creatine very early on. So many folks do this, and then don't even know if it did anything. You may in fact be young enough where your creatine production is normal, and so any extra creatine you take in is excreted, as it is not needed. A creatine supplement merely tops off our natural production of creatine that declines with age. It is not the "miracle" that folks think it is, it will not put lbs. of muscle on you. Sorry....
