I am going to the river with my friend and her family soI want my butt to be more toned and thighs too! I am only 112 and 5'5" but I just want to tone, I have the cellulite problem and a couple stretch marks on my booty. And excersizes I can do?

Walking lunges, squats, jump squats, deadlifts..but you won't see a ton of difference in 2-3 weeks...

Sorry hon, but it takes more than 2-3 weeks to become bootylicious. BUT better stort now than never. Have fun at the river! :)

I'm a big believer in cardio. If you run a lot, it works out your whole body and your legs will definitely become more toned over time

Actually, JGLASS18...have you looked at runner's bodies? most of the time they are a bit saggy, not very muscualr and they tend to burn off upper body muscle in an attempt to salvage leg muscle.
Running also does not "work out your whole body" it primarily works your legs, works your abs if you have good form...and is also a high intesnity exercise that most people are not really fit enough to atempt without rsulting injuries from the excessive impact absorption required.
A well rounded approach of weight training, moderate cardio and a clean diet will get you much farther, much faster tan just running or doing a lot of any type of cardio.
