i have a very good build but cant seem 2 get enough fat and calories n my diet!! would like 2 be able 2 put another ten pounds of muscle on but have seemed 2 stop gettin bigger!

You need to add more calories to your diet. If you stopped gaining then you are not eating enough. Some good fats would be olive oil, almonds and natural peanut butter.

i eat atleast a jar of peanut butter a day and all i do is eat have really high metabolism!

If you're one of those with a high metabolism, (I do as well) you just have to eat as much as possible. Try adding healthy, emphasis on healthy, foods to get those extra calories.

Then what was the point of the post? The botton line is that you are not eating enough for your activity level.
