Hi ya all,
What is the best way to get a flatboard stomach as this is my major problem, and what natural exercises can be taken to achieve a great result?

A good, clean diet with the right amount of caLORIES, A GOOD WEIGHT TRAINING ROUTINE AND CARDIO TO BURN THE FAT, BUT NOT TOO MUCH CARDIO. OOPS, SORRY, NOT YELLING, HIT THE CAPS LOCK BY ACCIDENT. Although i could just scream from seeing this question so many times.
