I am a 20 year old college student with the body of an athelete gone wrong. I did competitive gymnastics for 12 years (training 6 days a week for 5 hours each day) but quit when I was 17. I got involved in diving, which is a less intense sport but allowed me to use my gymnastics backround. However, since I stopped training, all the muscle that my body had when I was in gymnastics (and there was ALOT of it) has turned into flab. Because of my academic and extracurricular activities in college, I'm not always able to eat the right things, or go to the gym on a daily basis. Does anyone have suggestions of some excercises I can in my apartment which could tone everything up and build muscle?
