I'm 16, weigh around 125 pounds, and I'm 5"5 which in my opinion is about an average size.

I've been looking around for a while now and I was hoping to find any specific guidelines to workout with under limited circumstances. I want to get a little bigger than I am right now in the biceps, triceps, pectorals, and abdominals.

I need guidelines to get the specified muscles bigger with basic body weight workouts (push-ups, crunches, etc..) without having to go to a gym or consuming any raw eggs and all that. The only workout objects I have are a yoga ball and an 8 pound weight.

I really need information on what workouts to do each day, how often I should do each workout, how long I should go on for, when I should start seeing results, and if I should add anything specific into my diet that is obtainable by a 16 year old. :) Thanks!

Google bodyweight exercises... you'll find plenty...

Some starters... burpees, push ups, deck squats, lunges, t-pushups... give 'em a go..
