i was reading about a diet that says certain foods take more calories to digest than you get from them. They are mostly fruits and vegatable. What I was wondering is if this is true do you count the calories in these foods towards your daily calorie count?

hhhmm....good question. Could you list a couple of these "negative calorie" foods? I know one is Celery, and another is cold water. Well I don't think that would be considered a negative calorie because it has no calories in it.

cold water is, even though it is zero. Your body has to warm it back up to be used, usually room temperture water is just fine, for the body wise. We just liek it cold cause it "feels" good. I think any raw veggie carrots, celery, etc. has negative calories, cause one its cold, and 2 its raw.
