I started doing bench negatives a few weeks ago and they seem to prove themselves worthy and effective but any feedback is welcome such as how much of your body % of weight should be used, reps, etc.

once in a while ill do nagative only's where i dont even do the concentric portion of the lift. but i wouldnt advise this to novice lifters. and i only do it when im in my shocking phase of my yearly routine. otherwise i only do negatives when ive reached positive muscular failure. (one to two reps is about right) forced reps are great also.
