Well here it is, the first place for spiciest chili recipe! (keep in mind if it were my choice, i would have ahd it a lot HOTTER!) hope you enjoy,also you can substitute the beer with 1/2 cup grounded beer nuts.
NEVADA GRAMPY'S CHILI 3 medium sweet onions 2 medium green peppers 2 large stalks celery 2 cloves garlic 1 small Jalapeno pepper, fresh, seeded & diced 8 lb lean chuck, coarsely grounded or diced (i like it diced) 7 oz diced green chiles (roasted or canned) 28 oz stewed tomatoes 15 oz tomato sauce 6 oz tomato paste 6 oz New Mexican Chimayo Chili Powder 2 T cumin Chipotle Tabasco sauce to taste 6 0z. beer 12 oz mineral water 3 bay leaves garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Dice and saute the first five ingredients. Add the meat and brown it. Add the remaining ingredients, add water just to cover the top of the mixture.
Cook about 3 hours on low heat, stirring often on stove top or about 5 hours on med heat in crock pot. ENJOY!!!

Whew! That's a lot of chili! I bet you could throw ground chicken or turkey in there instead, too.

AH - you forgot the power tool...the chili beans...I use beer in my chili too...gives it tang....that will make ONE LARGE pot of chili..now lets see....we have your chili, and BBI's chicken and dessert. You guys are awsome!

now, u say it serves 24, but toss the likes of mutt and me in there, and i say you're down to about 2, maybe 3, tops! LOL!

lol rev8ball.. How much beans RavenBeauty? This sounds awsome. Btw, what are Beer nuts and where do I get them? The only beer nuts I know are in the bars!!

hi peoples!! actually this chili is made without beans, it is a no bean chili. and mackfactor was right, you can supplement the steak for chicken or turkey as well. it is awesome.
mutt and rev i guess this would be 4 helpings for each of you! LOL
