Hi my name is Aaron, I was fit, really fit as a little kid, really active, did a ton of sports, when i was 10 I started wrestling and was ripped for a 10 yr old, i was the Texas 125 lbs state champion my first sean, then in my 3rd season, disaster struck, a combination of Astmah and Whooping cough sent me into the Hospital for a long time, the docters put me on steroids and i shot up to 200 lbs, i was a short ball of fat, ever since then i havn't gone down much, now i am alot taller (about 5ft then, about 5'5" now) and last year i got down to 140, i was semi fit, then it happened again, sick, i shot back up to around 180, i quit wrestling becuase i realized with me having almost no immune system that the mat just wasn't the place for me. I wan't to begain training again at home, and I have no clue how to do it. I've always just eaten whatever i wanted for like 4 days, then just not eat for the other 3, and worked my body to it's limits. I wan't to know how to train with HARD INTENSIVE workouts and good diets. My Goal is to loose 60 lbs in 3 Months, I know i can do it with enough support and a good diet, but i need to know how to go about my workouts i will be working outta my home with very littlwe, i have a 10 lbs dumbell, a few 10-20 lbs weights, a bar, a bench, a striking bag, and lots of room to run. How would i eat right and work hard at home?
