Hi everyone. I'm new around here. I'm trying to find an effective way to lose weight. I don't over eat and I don't eat meat all that often. I also don't eat sweets. My weakness is pasta and bread which I'm sure is my overweight reasons. Glad to be here and hopefully this forum will give me some great advice! :)

Welcome to FT babyeskimo. My weakness was sweets, pasta...everything <smile>...But any habit can be kicked if you want something badly enough...

Carbs are bad if you eat too much. Try to fill up on proteins before carbs so you'll eat less. Hope this helps. Also ensure you lift and it will help to control your weight.
