Hi: I am new here and I hope I can find some help. I have a slow metabolism and began an exercise program a month ago. I go to the gym 4 days a week. At first I did not sweat at all, after a month, I am sweating a lot. Is this a good thing? Do you think my metabolism is begining to work again?
