I've been running off and on since January and only saw small results and a hip injury. I've been on a high protein eating regiment, but it made my hair fall out! I'm a large girl looking to lose 12 lbs by Xmas, then 15 more...hang at that weight for awhile, then lose another 15....wish me luck! ---------------------------- Trackerchik wishes you the best in your fitness endeavors!

(o; but more because of some kind of preservative in the food that your body doesn't like. Anyway, just follow one of FT's great work out routines, eat clean, sleep well and you'll be great!!!! Don't ever use the word "preservatives" in France (well that depends..... if you need it!!). "Un préservatif" means a condom!!!! As for the preservatives in the food you might be alergic. Btw here we say "agents de conservation" for preservatives. :) Where from in Canada? eh?
