Just saying hi, I just joined today! Basically I signed up because after I quit smoking recently, I felt so good about myself that I want to do more good things for my body! I figure I'm young and energetic enough to achieve my fitness goals easier than if I wait until I'm older, so we'll see how it goes!

Congrats! Exercising will help you stay off the cigg's. I know it helped for me b/c it made me more health-conscious and I couldn't smoke and still run like I do now. It will help you make the choice to stay quit. i'm fairly new too, but Welcome to the group!

Hi,my name is Bellydance77 need to loose20 pounds ill get victory over the devil&fat!Ive lost 85 pounds,high protean diet,the last 20pounds.try low fat so i can eat bread.I gained 18pounds last thanksgiving,i was down to 140 now im 158,so any tips are helpful.
