Hey everyone, my name is Nichole. I'm from NY and new here... I'm 19.. and a tad chunky lol. I have lost 60 pounds in the past and then gained every little poung back and then some. This time around, I am hoping to lose all this fat and maintain my weight at a healthy weight. I can't wait to get to know you!:)

Hi there Nicole. Welcome to Freetrainers, this is the place to be to achieve your fitness goals. I have been through the lose weight gain it back scheme also. But if you just stick with your nutrition and fitness regimen and make a lifestyle, not dieting then you will achieve your goals. And be able to keep it off.

The lose weight put it back on generally comes from fad diets or training for a while and then stopping this is known as reversability and ultimately if you dont continue to live a healthy lifestyle your body starts packing on the punds and your muscles start to degenerate.
