New to Free Trainers.com. Trying to lose an additional 50 lbs before my brother's wedding next August. Would love some tips. Started off at 226. Am now 200. Plateaued here for 2 weeks. Need a jump start. HELP!!!!

Hey Christi - your profile doen't have any info and there's not enough detail in your post to let anyone know what you are doing now. Let us know what you're doing and someone can probably suggest something to get you off that plateau. In general you can take a look at what you're doing with diet and workout and start making small changes to get your metabolism to speed up. What's usually the case is that folks that have lost a lot of weight have cut their calories too much. Your body senses starvation and slows your metabolism down to zip.
