Hi, i am new to this and i would like my fitness back. I have bin a lazy bum for the past 15 years but still slim as, would like to get my stamina back and bulk up. Already started 3day fitness programe at home so any advice would be a great help. Basicaly I nead a disaplined programe to follow so I can reach my goal. Many thanks WOLFMAN69.
